| Today is International Workers’ Day, also called Labour Day in many parts of the world. It’s a moment to recognize the people who make everything possible. At the Kibera Girls Soccer Academy, that means our incredible school staff. From the cooks who prepare daily meals, to the security guards who keep the campus safe, to the teachers and matrons who guide, mentor, and care for each girl – this community shows up every single day with dedication and heart. They are the backbone of KGSA. We believe investing in our staff is just as important as investing in our students.
