Today we’re sending all the love to one of our favorite gals as we say ‘see you soon’ to our incredible KGSA School Counselor, Jedidah (“Jeddy”).
For six years, Jeddy has walked alongside KGSA girls, families, and staff through it all. The uncertainty of the pandemic, moments of grief and trauma, and the joy of historic test scores and hard-earned victories. She has been a steady, compassionate presence through the highs and the lows, always reminding our girls of their strength and potential.
Jeddy also exemplifies what we hope for every girl at KGSA: that this school is one meaningful part of her life journey, not the finish line. She will always be part of the KGSA family, and now we get to watch her soar beyond what we ever dreamed possible.

We are so proud to celebrate her next chapter. Jeddy is starting a hybrid Master’s degree in Food Law from an Italian university. She is the only African student to receive a full-ride scholarship to this program this year. An extraordinary achievement for an extraordinary woman.
And in true Galentine’s Day spirit
today, I encourage you to reach out to a girlfriend and let her know how much she means to you. Let’s celebrate the women who show up, lift us up, and make the journey better just by being there.
