This is what community looks like

I’ve been thinking about what makes this work so special, and honestly, it’s you. Your generosity, your kindness, your belief in what we’re doing.

Last week, some Colorado supporters got together for a little reunion to talk about our experiences visiting KGSA. Here’s what they had to say about KGSA:

“I give to KGSA to make a difference to the girls in Kenya. I research those I give to, and the KGSA Foundation is so well run, and ensures every donation is well spent.”- Jean Michael
Jean visited KGSA in February 2025 to see the classroom that she and her husband William sponsored:

“After visiting the girls, and having the opportunity to also meet their families, I am inspired to give because I realize how much it means to them to have this opportunity. It is life-changing for the girls at KGSA, their families, and their community.”- Lisa Smith
Lisa returned to Kenya in February 2025, ten years after the Kilimanjaro climb!

“The thing that inspired me to give originally, and still inspires me to this day, is the immensity of the challenges our students faced in Kibera and the realization that even small contributions allow them to realize their potential like any other student in the world.”– JP Feve
JP visited Kenya for the second time in May 2024 and started the KGSA Engineering Club #stemgirls
